110 N Carpenter is the new World Headquarters for McDonalds. The building includes underground parking, amenities fitness room, café and a large roof deck. The first floor will be home to multiple retail spaces. Cyclone provided energy modeling, fundamental and enhanced commissioning services for this project. The project received LEED Platinum Certification under the LEED-CI 2009 rating system.
