118 N Jefferson is a 23-story hotel development located in Chicago’s West Loop. The dual brand hotel building features the 128-room Homewood Suites and the 210-room Hampton Inn. The building also has four levels of indoor parking.
Cyclone Energy Group performed an energy model early in the design of the project to determine compliance with City Energy Code and to document LEED credit points. Cyclone’s team worked closely with the developer, architect, engineer, and contractor to coordinate commissioning activities for the project. The project had a strict occupancy date in 2016 that our team worked to achieve.
The project is seeking LEED NC Silver Certification.
