Fulton West is a newly constructed office building located in at 1330 W. Fulton St. in Fulton Market — one of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods. At nine-stories and 290,000 SF of modern office space, Fulton West features a private roof deck, balconies, 20,000 SF of landscaped green space, and 796 on-site parking spaces.

The building, once a long-vacated site that was a partially completed headquarters that had been abandoned for over ten years, opened its doors in April 2017. One of their largest tenants is Glassdoor, an online job marketplace, which leased 65,000. Additionally, Skender Construction moved into one floor of Fulton West.

Cyclone Energy Group was retained to provide Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, LEED Energy Modeling, as well as to provide Systems Verification Testing beyond LEED minimum services. Based on the energy model, Fulton Market is expected to save 26.7 percent on cost and 32.6 percent on energy use as compared to baseline.

Fulton West is slated to received LEED Certification for Core and Shell.
