The Grainger Distribution center is a 1,500,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art design-build project consisting of precast exterior walls, a white TPO roofing system, high performance concrete floors and Class A office space. The entire site is 110 acres with 180 dock doors and parking for 630 cars. Cyclone Energy Group was hired to provide LEED energy modeling, commissioning services and LEED consulting.
