Kennedy King College is a 40 acre campus with buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet. The campus was first opened in 2007. Major issues remained in the building equipment and automation systems throughout the campus from the original start-up. Beginning in 2015, Cyclone began a comprehensive retro-commissioning of the entire campus to bring resolution to lingering issues and optimize energy efficiency.
