LinkedIn is a social networking company for working professionals that has over 500 million members across 200 countries. Organizations and individuals can create profiles, connect to other members, post open job positions, and apply to jobs through this online resource.

LinkedIn’s Midwest office is located in Chicago’s West Loop at 525 West Monroe Street and houses LinkedIn’s Global Sales Organization. LinkedIn formerly occupied 80,000 SF across two floors at 525 West Monroe Street. This office, which featured ping pong rooms, a yoga studio, and murals by local artists, tied for 1^st place in Crain’s 2014 Chicago’s Coolest Offices contest.

In 2017, LinkedIn decided to expand their offices by an additional 45,000 SF within 525 West Monroe Street. This expansion included additional offices, conference rooms and administrative spaces, a cafe, meeting rooms, and training rooms.

Cyclone Energy Group was retained by JLL to provide fundamental and enhanced commissioning of the tenant build out.

LinkedIn is slated to obtain LEED Gold for Commercial Interior.
