Midpoint Logistics Center is a 709,280 SF Distribution Center on 52 acres in Lancaster, Texas. The project included site improvements, warehouse storage, distribution, and tenant interior build‐out. Cyclone Energy Group provided LEED energy modeling, commissioning services and LEED consulting.
