Motorola Solutions relocated their corporate headquarters to floors 39-44 at 500 W Monroe in Chicago. The project consisted of 6 floors of office space that was built out in phases, completed in August 2016. Cyclone Energy Group provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services to support the certification process.
