150 N Riverside is a 1.2 million square foot core & shell office building located in Chicago. The building is a 54 story Class A office building and features views of all three branches of the Chicago River. Base building amenities include ballroom/conference rooms, and onsite parking. Cyclone Energy Group provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the project.
