Chicago, Illinois — Cyclone Energy Group, a Chicago leader in sustainability engineering and consulting, recently held their yearly knowledge sharing event – the 9th Annual Innovation Rodeo. Over 100 attendees – the largest turnout for this event – gathered on September 12th at the historic Old Post Office for a day of insightful presentations and discussions with industry experts, thought leaders and peers. The Innovation Rodeo is designed to foster collaboration and share valuable insights, innovative ideas and best practices to advance the built environment.

The Innovation Rodeo featured a series of engaging presentations and panel discussions from a variety of guest speakers, each aimed at addressing key challenges and opportunities in the industry. Attendees had the opportunity to learn from experts, exchange ideas, and explore the topics of infrastructure modeling, decarbonization, artificial intelligence, embodied carbon, Illinois building policy and programs, and ILFI’s zero carbon program. Our lineup of guest speakers included Dru Crawley, Bentley Systems Inc., Mark Blankenship, Willis Towers Watson, Brian Imus and Katy Kaluzny, Illinois Green Alliance, Erika Winters-Downey, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, Andrea Cooper, International Living Futures Institute, and Evan Jahn, Jahn/.
