As Building Analyst, Shoib is responsible for developing Building Energy models that comply with LEED and building codes. His responsibilities include creating digital models for various building types such as offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and sports arenas, enriching the digital information in the models for both new and existing construction projects and preparing code compliance and LEED documentation tailored to project requirements.

Before joining Cyclone Energy Group full-time, Shoib worked as an Emerging Engineer intern at High Performance Studio within Cyclone Energy Group for one year. Shoib has gained experience in building energy models and preparing code compliance and LEED documentation for warehouses, offices, and manufacturing facilities.

Prior to Joining Cyclone Energy Group, Shoib served as a Senior Project Coordinator at Desapex Engineering Consultants LLP in Bangalore, India. Shoib holds a Master of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. Shoib is an active member of IBPSA-USA and ASHRAE chapters for the past three years.

Fun fact: While in India, Shoib actively contributes to skill development training for students and industry professionals on Autodesk BIM tools.
